Christie and Andy are the sweetest, most down-to-earth people and business owners! My fiancé and I started planning our wedding in October after we got engaged. Once we booked our venue, I looked into Serendipity Bliss for table and chair rentals.
Fast forward to April 25th—one month prior to our wedding—we received a call notifying us that the venue we had booked was being sold, and we would no longer be able to use it. After telling Christie and Andy the news and sharing that we weren’t even sure if we would still be having a wedding, they truly stepped up and helped us smoothly change our venue and replan everything in just one month.
Their own venue happened to be available on our date, and not only did they allow us to use it, but they also helped in so many other ways to make the heartbreak of losing our original venue turn into something smooth and beautiful. On top of everything, rain and flooding were forecasted for our entire wedding weekend, and our planned outdoor ceremony had to be moved indoors. Despite all of this, we ended up having a perfect wedding.
I am so grateful and blessed by Serendipity Bliss for their wonderful services. They have a beautiful venue, great rentals, and amazing customer service!

Christie and Andy were great!! First of all, they listened to what we wanted and then showed us what they could do. Their attention to even the smallest details was incredible. When an issue came up they were quick to offer suggestions and options. They always double-checked with us and their follow-up was amazing. On the wedding day, they were on top of everything. We all got instructions on what, when, and where we should be and do. As the bridal party, it was as stress-free an experience as it could be. It was a perfect day for Katie and Dustin and that was what we wanted. Our heartfelt thanks to Christie and Andy for creating a beautiful memory for all of us. Christie did a fantastic job with my wedding. I gave her a 36 page Power-point of my vision & she made it come to life, EVERY SINGLE DETAIL, even the last minute changes because of the rain. She got up at 6 am and moved everything from outside to inside and made it look like we never planned for an outside wedding to begin with. The venue owner was also very impressed by the way Christie took the time to draw out how to rearrange the inside like no one else had.
