My Story

About Christie

I answer to many titles in my life; wife, mother, daughter, Lolli and planner—but above all, my faith as a Christian guides both my life and my work. I have been happily married to my husband, Andy, for twenty years, and together we have built a close-knit family that includes three children, their spouses, and two grandsons, with a third grandchild on the way! Our home is also shared with two beloved four-legged companions, Sir Reginald the Wonder Yorkie and Olympia Nyx, a devoted Belgian Malinois.

Outside of event planning, I value time spent with family, a great book, and the simple joy of revisiting favorite shows. I find inspiration and balance in the outdoors—whether kayaking, boating, swimming, or exploring nature from one of our Jeeps.

My passion for weddings and events began early and has continued to grow throughout my life. What started as inspiration while serving as a bridesmaid evolved into a lifelong calling. After years in the corporate world, I chose to pursue that calling professionally, earning my Professional Wedding Planner accreditation through ABC with a foundation of education, hands-on experience, and real-world events.

Throughout my career, I have had the honor of planning weddings, milestone celebrations, Make-A-Wish events, church functions, Celebrations of Life, and meaningful family gatherings. I believe every event tells a story, and I approach each one with care, intention, and respect for its unique significance.

Event planning is more than my profession—it is my passion. I am grateful every day to do work that brings people together and creates lasting memories.
